Our client had been operating quite well for a number of years under a flat organizational structure where consensus was relatively easy to achieve. As they grew, decision making became more and more difficult. They called us in to help them find ways to speed up the decision-making process while maintaining the existing structure.
We created and delivered a customized version of the Collaborative Decision Making Workshop wherein we walked the team through some key issues they'd been struggling with for the past few months. In this session, they not only learned new tools and techniques for working together, but they actually resolved some of their real-world issues.
The tools and techniques they learned in the workshop became a regular part of their decision making protocols, allowing them to continue to healthily inspect and adapt their processes.
